1. The service
FindCarsWithAI analyzes vehicle listings and deal information that you provide and may combine those inputs with third-party vehicle, inventory, valuation, public-record, and AI services. The service may generate estimates, red flags, questions to ask a dealer, and counteroffer language.
2. Estimates are not guarantees
Prices, savings ranges, market values, payments, financing comparisons, availability, recall-related information, and negotiation outcomes are estimates or decision-support information. Dealer inventory, lender terms, taxes, fees, vehicle condition, incentives, and third-party data can change or be incomplete. You are responsible for confirming final figures with the dealer, lender, insurer, mechanic, government source, or other appropriate professional before signing.
3. AI-assisted findings
Some findings are AI-assisted and can be incomplete or incorrect. The product is designed to distinguish deterministic calculations/provider-backed checks from AI-assisted review where practical. An AI finding should be treated as a prompt to verify, not as proof that a dealer or vehicle has a defect or has violated a law.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide information you have the right to submit.
- Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or passwords.
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully obtain information about another person.
- Review the source paperwork and final contract yourself before signing.
5. Paid access and early access
Where the site states that paid access is not yet available, submitting an early-access form does not create a paid subscription and no payment is collected. When paid access is enabled, the price, included usage, duration, taxes, refund terms, and any recurring nature of the charge will be shown before payment.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party data and infrastructure. We do not control the completeness, uptime, or continued availability of MarketCheck, NHTSA systems, OpenAI, Supabase, email providers, or other third-party services. Their data can be delayed, revised, unavailable, or subject to separate terms.
7. No dealer, lender, mechanic, or legal relationship
FindCarsWithAI is not a vehicle dealer, broker, lender, credit-repair organization, insurer, mechanic, law firm, or fiduciary. The service does not approve financing, guarantee credit terms, inspect the physical vehicle, or determine legal liability.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify checks, providers, features, limits, or availability as the service develops. We may suspend access to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, or address security issues.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every issue will be found, that every data source is accurate, or that a recommended negotiation step will produce a particular result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindCarsWithAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by a vehicle purchase, financing decision, dealer action, third-party data error, or reliance on an unverified finding. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
